Why we’re building Lytefab

Organizations need a new operating system: AI native, safe and adaptive. We’re building Lytefab, a platform for your work and apps, where people and AI agents work together.

A new operating system

AI agents are arriving in every tool, each added on its own, with its own access to your data. We think organizations need a new operating system for how they run their work and apps, one that is AI native: agents belong to it from the start instead of being added on top. We’re building Lytefab as that platform, where people and agents work together.

It has to be safe

AI agents can take on real work now. On Lytefab they work alongside your team, and we’re designing it so each agent has its own environment, with explicit limits on the data, tools and apps it can access.

Underneath, Lytefab splits work into small, isolated units, each with a single owner and access only to what it’s given.

It has to adapt

No two teams work alike. Lytefab is meant to grow with yours: extend it with your own apps, connect the systems you already use, and use the apps on their own whenever you don’t need agents.

What’s next

Lytefab is in development. You can follow along at lytefab.com. Leave a note there, and we’ll write once, when there’s something to see.
